Staff Development - CD36 - Supervisor Essentials Program

Supervisor Essentials Program is designed to provide SLCC’s leaders with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for being an effective supervisor in our diverse campus community. Each session includes scenarios at roundtables to help supervisors understand policies, discuss topics with peers, and build community among SLCC leaders.

All new supervisors are required to attend this program as part of their comprehensive professional development during their first year. Current SLCC supervisors may attend any of the modules as a refresher.

Hybrid Sessions: Register for the in-person session at the STC, Oak Room, Taylorsville Redwood Campus or online to receive the zoom link.
