Lunch n Learns are smaller group settings designed for safe and inclusive conversations with employees at SLCC.

Topics include Understanding JEDI/EDI terminology, Implicit Bias, The Way We Lead Practices, Employee Engagement and more!

This is your chance to learn and understand what current terminology/language means like ethnicity, justice, global majority, gender identity, underserved, allyship or implicit bias at SLCC. We aim to be co-creators in exploring shared definitions along our journey in this work.
