As a supervisor, you are responsible for managing performance and providing feedback foryour team through the GPS process. This training provides tools for learning how to run effective one-on-ones /SLCC Check- ins.

Learning Objectives

-Understand the benefits of holding regular check-ins  or one-on-ones for frequent feedback  

-Create a toolkit to utilize and practice at your next one on one

    -Identify how often to meet your team members

   -Create an agenda

   -Learn what questions to ask
