Staff Development - Caregiver Workshop - Asking for Help

This is a caregiver workshop for SLCC Employees. This
set of workshops assist SLCC employees who are caregivers in developing the skills needed to manage an in-home care environment for better work-life balance.

Learning Objectives
Asking for help takes courage. It means letting go—allowing others to serve in their way, and on their time schedule. Learn to ask for help in a way that gives others choice. Learn to make asking for help less stressful and more engaging.
