All SLCC Administrative Assistants and Secretary III"s are invited to register for this virtual workshop.

After listening to your suggestions in the AALC March Meeting about onboarding new employees, we designed a brand new onboarding roadmap with tools and resources that we hope will make onboarding easier and more successful for our new employees as well as all of us who assist in the onboarding process. Come join the discussion and learn about best practices for onboarding new employees.

Learning Objectives
-Explore first year new employee experience
-Discuss admin and supervisor experience in onboarding new employees
-Build an onboarding tool-kit
-Connect with colleagues across campus
