Staff Dev: Planning for Informed Budget Process

This workshop is open to all Budget Center Managers and those involved with the IBP.

The IBP Process encourages college wide involvement in developing the annual operating budget. Come learn strategies for planning for this year’s IBP process.

-Learn how to plan and submit IBP requests
-Align your requests with SLCC’s institutional values and priorities
