http://slcc.edu/recreationA great workout that uses specialized stationary bikes. Learn cycling techniques & how to maintain/improve cardiovascular health. You will work through low to vigorous intensities which incorporate the concept of power analysis.
Drop-in fitness classes are available for current students, faculty and staff to attend just for fun
- Reservations can be made online at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/SportsandFitnessClassReservation@SLCCBruins.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/ up to 3 days in advance or day of (if availability allows)
- Masks must be worn at all times, including during class.
- On the day of class, check in at the LAC desk, they will confirm your reservation and issue you a class card that will be given to the instructor.
