Know the Signs of Mental Health

As the semester comes to an end and with finals coming up fast, many students experience stress, anxiety and depression. More serious, under-diagnosed illnesses — thought disorders, bipolar disorders or suicidal thoughts — are also not uncommon.

“Know the Signs of Mental Health” will help students learn what they may not understand about themselves, family and/or friends.
