Staff Development Training - Strengths for Supervisors

Learn how to apply a strengths-based approach to leverage talents using the GPS. This workshop is for employees who have taken the StrengthsQuest or StrengthsFinder assessment and attended a Strengths presentation. We would prefer that individuals have gone through the Exploring Your Strengths Workshop, but that is not required.

Learning Objectives

-Understand how to apply a strengths-based approach to leverage talents of their employees.
-Learn Strategies to apply talents of team members to meet group goals, objectives and outcomes.
-Understand how maximizing talent can create a more productive working environment for your staff on campus.

Bring your Strengths Insight and Action Planning Guide or your top five strengths with you to the training session.

This training is presented by Brandi Mair and Curtis Larsen from Student Life and Leadership.

Lunch provided by Staff Development.

Please register in the MySLCC Employee Training Portal under Staff Development.
