This is a Writing Across the College workshop.
Worrying about correct grammar can cause so much stress that it can, ironically, get in the way of writing well. In this workshop, participants will face their fears of being wrong and will learn that they are better at grammar than they think they are. Specifically, participants will:
-Understand where your fears and concerns about grammar come from
-Learn strategies for improving your confidence with your grammar
-Develop a new perspective on grammar and good writing
Presenter: Tiffany Rousculp, Director of the SLCC Writing Across the College program.
