Older adults in the workplace face a number of challenges, and retirement is a rapidly changing concept! Learn how to navigate the challenges of aging in the workplace and explore retirement trends for your future.

-Physical challenges in the workplace
-Memory loss and the latest research into keeping your brain healthy
-Social Security, including when to take Social Security to maximize benefits
-How to plan for post-retirement costs, including health care
-Future retirement concerns – planning for the worst while experiencing the best
