SLCC strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees. This foundational course on bias will provide you with skills for inclusion and self-awareness.

You can take the in-person training or self-paced course to better understand unconscious bias.

Learning Outcomes:

-Learn why we all have biases that are outside of our conscious awareness. 

-Take action to identify and then disrupt our own biases through concrete actions.

-Learn 5 strategies for disrupting bias.

-Practice skills for inclusion in a diverse workplace with greater self-awareness.
