This set of workshops assist SLCC employees who are caregivers in developing the skills needed to manage an in-home care environment for better work-life balance.
Collaboration with others is a vital part of the caregiving process. No one person has all the skill, energy, and ability to serve another. A care planning meeting, traditionally known as a family meeting, is held to ensure everyone involved knows the current care plan and their essential role in the care situation.
