SLCC Caregiver Program for Employees - The Caregiver Academy Workshop 3: Setting Good Care Boundaries

This workshop is part of the SLCC Caregiver Academy, a series of six workshops that assist family and community caregivers in developing the skills needed to manager an in-home care environment. It is recommended that you attend all six sessions, but you are welcome to attend as many as you can. Each participants receives a free Managing Care Guide.

Workshop 3: Setting Good Care Boundaries
Boundaries are essential to organizing a good care environment. Caregivers evaluate their ability to set boundaries and learn to create and communicate healthier care boundaries.

Presented by Kathy Nelson, Training Specialist for Salt Lake County Aging and Adult Services

Box lunches provided by Staff Development.

There is no cost; however, you must register in the SLCC Employee Training Portal under "Staff Development" to be able to attend.
