Staff Development Training - Goal Setting and Accountability

We all know the way to be successful, right?
1. Set a goal
2. Create a plan
3. Get to work
4. Achieve the goal
If it were really that easy, we wouldn’t need a workshop, would we!
In this interactive session, we’ll explore the reality of obstacles, as well as best practices, for setting achievable goals for our GPS sessions and actually achieving the goals we’ve set.

Learning Objectives
-The right and wrong way to set goals
-Discover why we procrastinate and how to stay motivated throughout the process
-Get clear on documenting, discussing and owning achievements
