Keynote speakers:

Carl Foster, PhD
Carl Foster is an exercise physiologist with interests ranging from clinical exercise physiology to elite sport physiology. Having authored more than 300 scientific papers or chapters and 20 books, monographs, position stands and videos, he is a Professor of Exercise and Sport Science and Director of Research in the Clinical Exercise Physiology Graduate Program at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and a Visiting Professor in the Department of Human Movement Science at the Vrije Universiteit-Amsterdam.


Max Testa, MD
Max Testa is a sports medicine physician who practices at several Intermountain Healthcare clinics in Northern Utah. His methodology emphasizes the importance of a fine-tuned human engine in elevating athletic performance. Having worked for 29 years with professional cycling teams in over 30 grand tours, his unique sports medicine background and extensive European training give Max profound insight into and expertise with effective training and implementation methods to reach the acme of performance.
