FAQ:

Am I required to attend the information session before I can sign up for Personal Training?

  • No. Attendance is encouraged for those who have not participated in the Personal Training program in the past. If you have participated in the past, then you can complete the intake form now.

How does the selection process work?

  • Participants are selected for the current block of training based on their past participation in the Personal Training Program. Those who have never participated will be selected for participation first. From there, those who have not participated in the immediate past block will be selected for participation. If space is available in the current block, those who participated in the immediate past block will be selected for the current block.

What information will I receive in this information session?

  • This information session aims to better align participant’s goals with what can be accomplished within the Personal Training program.
