Finding and Hiring the Best:

At SLCC, we want to find and to retain the best talent. Hiring managers and supervisors are essential to this process. Supervisors will learn to successfully navigate the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding and salary administration. Additional topics include writing job descriptions, talent management, the role of a Search Advocate, and more.

 

*Please remember to also register for module 5 if applicable.
Sessions will start promptly at 8:30am. Plan to arrive at 8:15am to check in.
