Basic Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques for Stress Reduction

This 3-hour workshop will focus on evidence-based mindfulness practices and restorative yoga poses to promote management and reduction of stress. The course will be a combination of didactic presentation, experiential learning and practice, and discussion.
